Excellent Stay Above the City

attentive staff comfortable bed laundry service

I appreciated the attentive staff, they helped organize transport. They prepared a fantastic meal one evening, I highly recommend it. The beds were very comfortable, the same as the common areas and outdoor seating. Laundry service was helpful.

The checkout lacked organization.

the building is beautiful. the staff was super helpful (i especially appreciated antony!). the breakfast had a rich selection. the hotel is located a short walk from the city center.

the cleanliness of the bathroom ceiling could have been better as it had some mold.

the breakfast included a very good and tasty selection of foods. i had the opportunity to enjoy it on the terrace. the staff was willing to serve us there.

the beautiful room was very nice and spacious enough. it was also super clean and cozy (exactly what i needed). the bed had duvets. the showers had great water pressure.

the terrace offered a beautiful space to sit outside. the manicured grounds feature beautiful birds. the hotel offered express laundry services, which completed from 3 pm to 10 pm on the same day.

The staff was helpful (even though i didn't really need much help).

The room rate seemed too HIGH for what was offered. The television remote didn't work and I had to call someone to fix it. It took them about thirty minutes to bring a replacement.
